We like to handle all reservations on personal basis, so we can answer any questions you may have and ensure your Narrows vacation is off to a good start. We are often out attending to the property, so if you don't get an answer at first please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our summer season is crowded with our many regular guests, who have the right of first refusal to their cottage and time slot. If you are interested in a summer stay, please call us in February or early March.
Winter reservations also fill up fast and cabins are often taken for the full winter season, so please call as early as possible to assure we have a cottage available for you.
The Narrows is pleased to accept personal checks, traveler's checks, or cash for your initial deposit, however final payment, due upon arrival is due in cash, certified check or money order. We do not accept credit cards!
One-half of the rental fee is required to confirm a reservation. The remainder is due upon arrival.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Upon arrival, a security damage deposit of $100.00 is required for each cabin rented. A personal check is acceptable for this deposit. Security deposits are usually returned within 7 to 10 days after departure, this allows time for cleaning and inspection. We do expect out guests to leave the cottages in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
Please remember - all guests are responsible for their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc) sheets, towels, and pillowcases. Blankets and bedspreads are provided.
Arrival & Check Out
Cottages for arriving guests are usually available after 3:00 PM Saturday. Late arrivals should make courtesy call to management to advise them. Check out time is no later than 10:00 am on Saturday.
